“We stayed at Cleviá for five nights on our first visit to San Miguel de Allende. Our room was thoughtfully appointed, comfortable, and well designed. The staff throughout the property were consistently warm and attentive. Interestingly, the hotel felt very quiet during our stay, even though we were told it was nearly sold out. A few areas still appeared to be under completion, and unfortunately the rooftop was not yet operational. In SMA, rooftop spaces are part of the experience, so that was a notable downside. On a positive note, the team surprised us twice with thoughtful in-room amenities, which was a welcome touch. José Luis, in particular, stood out. He graciously drove us into Centro in the hotel’s Jeep and was incredibly knowledgeable about local events, restaurants, and venues. The property is located outside of Centro—about a 10–15 minute drive into town. Uber rides averaged $3–4 USD, which is quite reasonable. There are also several strong dining options within walking distance, along with City Market, an excellent grocery store. Overall, a comfortable stay with strong service, though the unfinished rooftop was a miss given the destination.”

“We had an incredible stay at Cleviá. The hospitality truly stood out from the moment we arrived. Fernanda at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Yoscelyn also went above and beyond. I accidentally left my water bottle behind, and she had it delivered to our room before I even realized it was missing. That level of attention to detail says a lot about the team here. The shuttle service was excellent as well. Baldemar and Jose Luis were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and made getting around easy and enjoyable. This was such a memorable stay in San Miguel de Allende, and we already cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend.”
